Your daily calorie needs: calories

This is one of many ways to calculate your daily calorie needs. Remember, it is only an estimate of your average needs, especially since the activity levels are not very specific. Obviously your calorie needs differ on rest days compared to training days, but so does calorie intake. It is best to consider calorie balance over time. If your weight changes within the day, that is a hydration issue. Your weight change at the end of a week will give you a clearer picture if you are balancing your food calorie with your exercise calories.
