Daily calorie calculator for women
The daily calorie calculator includes calories for rest and activity. This calculator uses the Harris-Benedict equation to estimate your daily needs. Most active women will use the moderately or very active categories which are associated with activity factors of 50-70%. Be sure to fill in all the boxes for the calculator to work.
This is one of many ways to calculate your daily calorie needs. Remember, it is only an estimate of your average needs, especially since the activity levels are not very specific. Obviously your calorie needs differ on rest days compared to training days, but so does calorie intake. It is best to consider calorie balance over time. If your weight changes within the day, that is a

issue. Your weight change at the end of a week will give you a clearer picture if you are balancing your food calorie with your exercise calories.
