The Everyday Sports Nutrition Plan provides the framework for eating to fuel your body as you pursue your recreational sport and fitness goals. This plan is ideal if you are just starting a fitness program, need support during a weight loss program, if you are resuming a fitness program after having a baby, or training for an organized event for fitness rather than competition.

Your personalized ESNP includes:

Sports Nutrition Goals: Your calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat, and fluids needs.

Everyday Extras: Nutrition suggestions related to your health history and vitamin/mineral needs.

Weight Management Recommendations (optional): Strategies and timelines related to body fat or weight change (if change is part of your plan). You will need to provide body fat or circumference measures for safe and accurate weight recommendations.

Everyday Food Guide: A personalized guide, including numberical goals for calories, carbs, protein, and fats, along with daily food group serving suggestions to match your goals. Menus are NOT included in the Everyday Sports Nutrition Plan.

Online Journaling Access: Your plan includes a one month subscription to fitnessjournal.com for monitoring your food and fitness patterns. You can get a free trial of the journaling, but that does NOT include nutrition coaching. Bonus: Your first 30 days of nutrition coaching via e-mail will be provided at no additional charge during the month in which your personalized plan is being developed. This interaction will allow your nutrition coach to get to know you and your food/fitness patterns.

Everyday Sports Nutrition Plan: $120, non-refundable.

The fee is the cost of both the assessment and preparation of your Plan by your nutrition coach, along with the Coach's up-front cost of the journaling program. Minor adjustments to the Plan can be made during your 30 days of free nutrition coaching that coincides with your first month when your plan is being prepared.
