What does a mustard seed have to do with everyday sports nutrition for women (and men)? Well, to start out the year we have many hopes and dreams. Your dreams may be to run a marathon or just start running. Maybe you are a great runner, but want to be a healthier runner. Here is a theme I'll be pursuing--I hope you'll join me:
